The Department is run by the Director Assistant Zdravko Kurćubić.

The department for investments and current and investment maintenance contains the following internal units:

1. Section for investment construction, reconstruction and adaptation of objects

2. Section for investment and current maintenance of objects, installations and equipment;

- Departmental for technical maintenance for object group I
- Departmental for technical maintenance for object group II
- Departmental for technical maintenance for object group III
- Departmental for technical maintenance for object group IV
- Departmental for technical maintenance for object group V
- Departmental for electro energetic
   - Group for electro installation and automatic
   - Group for specific energetic plants
- Departmental for thermotechnic plants and installation

   - Group for communication systems

3. Departmental for physical - technical and firefighting protection

Purview of the Department

The Department operates following jobs:

services concerning preparation and project documentation creating, building, expansion, adaptation and maintenance of the office buildings, residential buildings and state-owned apartments;
handling of professional supervision;
handicraft services in concern with maintaining and enabling the installation and devices functioning in the buildings;
maintenance and development of the communication systems and other electronic systems;
physical - technical and firefighting protection;
hygiene maintenance in the buildings, offices and related objects;
arrangement and equipment of interior;
jobs concerning artworks and cultural heritage and other services from Section’s purview.
